Service Care Solutions is working with a Top 50 law firm which is seeking an ambitious Senior or Managing Associate Employment Solicitor to join its thriving Employment team. The Employment Team is led by a Partner ranked Band 1 in Chambers & Partners and recognised as a Leader in the Field by both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. Role: Senior Associate / Managing Associate – Employment Location: Leicester / Nottingham / Birmingham Salary: £90,000 to £120,000 Key Responsibilities: Advise on a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to PLCs on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, restructures, redundancy and strategic HR advisory work. Manage a varied caseload while delivering commercially focused, pragmatic and cost-effective employment law advice to both businesses and senior executives. Play an active role in the continued growth of the team through business development, networking, client relationship management and contributing to the wider strategic direction of the practice.Candidate Requirements: A minimum of 5 years’ PQE as a Solicitor (in England and Wales) gained within a reputable employment practice.
