With an established presence in key trading hubs and a strong capital base, they are now seeking a Head of OTC Oil Trading to lead and expand their physical and financial oil operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow a best-in-class oil trading desk, recruiting and mentoring talent.
* Develop and execute trading strategies across swaps, derivatives, and cleared products (ICE, CME).
* Manage risk, limits, and exposure in alignment with firmwide frameworks.
* Collaborate with technology and analytics teams to refine systems and models.
* Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory shifts, and liquidity developments.
Ideal Profile
* Proven success in OTC oil trading with strong PnL delivery.
* Deep understanding of global oil markets and derivatives structure.
* Experienced in building and managing trading teams.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of commercial instinct and discipline.
