Purpose of the position:
As Project Secretary, you will be part of the Energy Carriers Business Line within the Project Management department. You will provide secretarial and organizational support to the Liverpool Bay project, ensuring efficient secretarial duties and service to the Project/Client Team.
Responsibilities
* Receive and screen telephone calls and visitors
* Draft correspondence, compose and type letters and emails
* Organize archives and file correspondence and documentation (paper and electronic)
* Support the preparation of reports and presentations
* Attend meetings, take notes, and write reports
* Arrange international travel, handle complex itineraries, and process expenses
* Check Passport and Visa requirements and arrange necessary paperwork
* Prepare orders for office materials (stationery, etc.)
What are we looking for?
* Experience: 2-5 years as a Project Secretary or related activities in an international context, ideally within the energy sector
* IT Skills: Proficiency in Office package
* Languages: Fluent in spoken and written foreign languages
* Flexibility to work in Kingston upon Thames (London area) for initial months (accommodation provided)
