CK Group are recruiting for a Benefits Advisor to join a leading global food brand company on a contract basis for 6 months. This is a hybrid role with 2 to 3 days on site in Bournville, Birmingham and the rest home/remote working.
Salary:
£19.07 to £23.82 ph PAYE
Benefits Advisor Role:
Responsible for the maintenance of the existing personnel and employee insurance
Qualified claims processing in the named insurance areas (accidental damage, company pension, occupational disability etc)
Continuous market review
Competent support and advice for employees
Support with projects and handling of benefitsYour Background:
Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience
Hold a suitable HR qualification
Experience working in a global organisation
Be detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent German SpeakerCompany:
