The Role
As Onboarding Success Manager, you will:
* Own the full onboarding lifecycle for new dental customers, from sale to platform adoption
* Serve as the main point of contact, guiding customers through a smooth, structured, and positive onboarding experience
* Coordinate internal teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring every customer receives the highest standard of service
* Advocate for the customer within the business, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and outcomes
