Finance Manager – | £40,000–£50,000 With over 13 years of experience in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults and the elderly, A Class Care continues to grow across the East of England. This newly created role has arisen as part of our continued expansion and presents an excellent opportunity for a driven finance professional to make a real impact within a values-led, people-focused business. The Role As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation’s strategic growth by delivering accurate, insightful, and timely financial information. You will oversee all the day-to-day financial operations, support budget preparation, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient financial management. Your ability to provide clear financial analysis, coupled with your commercial awareness, will directly influence business decision-making and contribute to expansion. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present monthly management accounts, cashflow statements, and financial reports. Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic growth. Credit control, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll functions. Manage aged debt, ensuring prompt collections and effective cashflow management. Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies. Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements. Oversee employee benefits administration and payroll accuracy. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management. About You Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Management Accountant role. Strong track record in management accounts, budget preparation, and financial reporting. Advanced proficiency in Xero (essential). Confident communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Commercially astute, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to deadlines. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
