The Role
- Managing and growing your own education recruitment desk
- Building long-term relationships with schools and education professionals
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing teachers and support staff
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Maximising opportunities within existing accounts
- Ensuring safeguarding and compliance standards are maintained
About You
- Previous experience within Education Recruitment
- Proven billing track record
- Ambitious, driven and target-focused
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
