The Role
We’re seeking qualified and experienced Architects and Architectural Technologists to join our design studio which is based in the historic town of Lancaster. Successful candidates will be able to confidently lead projects, engage with clients and other professionals, and drive design and delivery to a high standard.
You’ll be involved across all RIBA stages, with real responsibility, not just production work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading projects from concept through to completion.
Producing high quality design and technical packages.
Coordinating with consultants, contractors and clients.
Attending site and resolving technical challenges.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in UK architectural practice.
Strong technical knowledge and detailing ability.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit desirable).
Confidence in managing projects and client relationships.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Someone who takes pride in delivering buildable, well-resolved design.
