A highly regarded specialist residential conveyancing practice is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer (3+ PQE) to join its close-knit team in Camberley.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm with an outstanding reputation for client service, excellent staff retention, and a genuine focus on quality over quantity.
The firm operates exclusively within residential property and has built a strong reputation for delivering a highly personal, client-focused service. They pride themselves on manageable caseloads, responsiveness, and supporting clients throughout the entire conveyancing process.
Unlike many conveyancing environments, this is not a high-volume setup. The team values quality of work, client care, and work-life balance, offering a supportive and collaborative culture within a stable team environment.
The Role:
You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload including:

* Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
\t
* First-time buyers
\t
* Re-mortgages
\t
* Transfers of equity
\t
* Transactions up to approximately £2m
Candidate Requirements:
\t
* Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
\t
* Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or fully regulated CILEX professional
\t
* Strong client care and communication skills
\t
* Comfortable managing files independently
\t
* Looking for a long-term opportunity within a smaller, supportive team
Working Arrangements:

* Office-based in Camberley
\t
* Hybrid working available DOE (up to 2 days from home following onboarding)
\t
* First 3 months office-based
\t
* Genuine work-life balance with standard working hours and minimal late working
