ASSOCIATE 1-5 YEARS PQE - PUBLIC M&A
My client is a global player and an elite US law firm in London. Well established here for several decades it has accumulated one of the most impressive client portfolios in the market.
It is seeking to add to its existing team of corporate lawyers, a talented solicitor (qualified in England & Wales or other commonwealth jurisdiction), with Public M&A experience. You will be rewarded with excellent quality work, the opportunity to progress on merit and to be supported by a well-recognised team of partners and solicitors.
