About the Role:
Were working with a leading independent traditional water treatment company on a key hire for their business. You will join asa Strategic Business Manager to drive performance, growth within key industrial accounts. Youll play a key leadership role, bridging the gap between operational delivery and strategic development, ensuring our business not only meets but exceeds industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies to expand market presence and profitability
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to optimise service delivery and innovation
Build and nurture client relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning aligned with company goals
Monitor industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance and competitive advantage
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in a strategic or Senior Account Management role, within the water treatment industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
A track record of driving business performance and developing new revenue streams
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the utilities/environmental sector
Degree-level education in business, engineering, or a related field preferred
