You will drive engineering delivery across programmes and projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. You’ll play a key role in system architecture, integration, and lifecycle delivery while working closely with programme management, engineering teams, and customers. Key Responsibilities Lead engineering delivery across one or multiple projects/programmes Support programme planning, scheduling, and resource forecasting Manage engineering budgets, risks, and delivery milestones Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams Ensure high-quality engineering artefacts and technical documentation Identify improvements that optimise cost, schedule, and performance Represent engineering with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Drive innovation and continuous improvement across programmes Essential Experience Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field Experience delivering multiple projects/programmes Strong background in Systems Engineering and full lifecycle delivery Experience developing high-quality requirements and complex system solutions Knowledge of ISO/IEEE/IEC engineering standards and best practices Leadership or line management experience within systems / multidisciplinary engineering teams Experience delivering hardware, software, or embedded system capabilities Strong technical documentation and review skills Desirable INCOSE certified Why Apply Work on cutting-edge cyber and defence technology Influence high-impact, mission-critical programmes Join a highly skilled engineering environment focused on innovation and security Annual Bonus Flexible Working Hours Allowance Please note that due to the nature of this role, candidates must be eligible to obtain DV clearance.
