Commercial Executive – Key Accounts & Admin Support
Salary: £30,000 + Benefits | Location: Durham
A growing and fast-paced business is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Executive to join their commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who enjoys working across key customer accounts and supporting day-to-day commercial operations.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing major retail and hospitality customer relationships, coordinating commercial reporting, and supporting wider team functions. Ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of key customer relationships across departments including customer service, logistics, finance, buying, and commercial functions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service levels and maximise sales performance.
*
Identify and support opportunities for account growth and development.
*
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reporting processes with support from commercial admin, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
*
Manage the commercial reports inbox, handling ad-hoc report requests and day-to-day communication.
*
Handle customer product line form submissions and support the Commercial Manager with tenders and project work.
*
Provide administrative support to the commercial team and assist other departments with ad-hoc tasks.
*
Work cross-functionally with key departments to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication.

Salary & Benefits

£30,000 per annum

40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30–17:00
