We are seeking a motivated and experienced Community Staff Nurse to join our community team working with people across the Mallaig and Arisaig area.
You will be part of a dynamic and dedicated team providing a person centred, seamless service across the local community from our base in Mallaig, delivering nursing care to people in their own homes.
You will need to be flexible and be able to prioritise and manage your time effectively. The post will also require you to work weekends as part of your rostered duties. There may be a requirement to also be on call for palliative care.
Effective communication skills and multi disciplinary working are essential.
Knowledge and experience of both health and social care practice would be advantageous.
The organisation is committed to supporting your professional development and you will have regular supervision and performance reviews with access to appropriate training enabling you to provide optimum care.
A full driving licence is essential.
