Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be working autonomously within the nursing team, with responsibility for delivering high-quality care including:
* Carry out blood pressure monitoring and pulse checks
* Record height, weight, BMI, and other basic observations
* Undertake ECGs and urine testing
* Carry out NHS Health Checks and support chronic disease management reviews
* Administer specific vaccinations and B12 injections (following appropriate training and protocols)
* Support wound care and dressings
* Accurately record information and observations in the patient record using appropriate clinical systems
Who We’re Looking For:
* A qualified and experiencedHCA with GP experience
* Confident in the above clinical areas
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
* Someone who is proactive, reliable, and a true team player
