Exec Summary:

* LONDON HYBRID (3 DAYS/WEEK)
* SENIOR ENTERPRISE SALES DIRECTOR, UK
* £300–350k OTE + RSUs
* Lead a £30M+ business unit contributing nearly a third of UK revenue ($200M+ global revenues).
* Shape the enterprise GTM playbook. Transform a team of 30 AEs and CSMs (scaling to 50+) into a true enterprise sales engine.
* This is a high-visibility role with board-level exposure and the autonomy to drive both growth and change.

Why This Role and Why Now?

* 90% of revenue currently from renewals/expansion, 10% from net new, growth will come from team development, xsell/upsell + new logo acquisition.
* Enterprise SaaS transition: moving from a legacy SMB/mid-market transactional selling to enterprise-grade solution selling.
* This enterprise BU already delivers $30M revenue (in a $200M+ company), so it's not building from zero, but the upside opportunity is massive.
* Company is heavily invested in embedding AI, insights, and sentiment analysis into enterprise accounts to unlock £200k–£500k+ opportunities
* Average deal size today globally is ~$11k, with dozens of large accounts in excess of $500k
* The ambition is to grow the enterprise solution penetration and expansion to scale from $30-60M ARR in the next 3 years.
* Currently a 30 person team, scaling to 50+, with two experiences direct managers you'll lead.
* High-profile customers already using the solution (e.g. Barclays, HSBC, Fortnum & Mason, John Lewis + many more)
* Impact expected on solution selling capability and execution, ACV growth, and leadership capability development
* This is a rare opportunity to take a globally recognised brand and reposition it as a true enterprise SaaS leader.

What You Will Be Doing

* Own and deliver the UK enterprise GTM strategy (~£30M unit)
* Shift the team from transactional selling into consultative, solution-led, multi-stakeholder sales
* Drive new logo acquisition while maximising renewals and expansion
* Embed AI-driven insights, sentiment analysis, and enterprise sales best practices
* Represent the business at senior levels, with direct visibility to CRO, CEO, and ExCo
* Being a change leader, driving forward your unit, which is already a global front runner, to be a major force of growth in the company.

Success in the Role

* First 6 months:
* Build trust with managers and team, establish enterprise fundamentals
* Re-focus accounts from breadth (200+ per rep) to depth and value, solution focus
* Deliver 20% growth in revenues, through new new + ACV uplift of existing accounts
* By end of year 1:
* Demonstrable shift to solution-led enterprise motion
* Significant ACV growth (new logos + expansion into £200k–£500k accounts), and trajectory to reach $60M revenue by year 3.
* Managers stepping up with stronger leadership capability

What You Bring

* Proven leadership of sellers through managers, ideally in SaaS/Martech
* Track record of managing $30M+ revenue responsibility
* Experience transforming SMB/mid-market motions into scaling enterprise GTM success, or directly leading an enterprise sales motion in a growth stage company.
* Strong change management: resilient, confident, able to win hearts and minds
* Gravitas to engage C-suite internally and externally
* Collaborative, values-driven leadership style with a clear bias for action

* Base Salary: £190k-£210k
* OTE: £300k-£350k + RSUs
* Reporting Line: GM UK
* Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
