We’re looking for a Trainee Assessor to guide apprenticeship learners through their qualifications, helping them achieve success and grow in their careers.
What You’ll Do
* Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey
* Visit workplaces across the region for assessments
* Create Individual Learning Plans and monitor progress
* Maintain accurate compliance records
* Contribute to learner success and performance targets
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Occupational experience in Health & Social Care
* NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent
* Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
* DBS check (cost covered)
Desirable:
* Welsh language skills
* Teaching/assessing qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
* EWC registration or prior training experience
