This is a key pre-construction role focused on delivering winning, commercially robust submissions while protecting margin and managing risk. You will coordinate all bid activity, working closely with internal teams, clients, consultants, and the supply chain to produce high-quality, competitive tenders. This role would suit a Senior Estimator, Design Manager, or Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong pre-construction experience looking to step into a broader bid leadership position.
