Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, LPAs, and probate.
* Provide high-quality legal advice and services to clients.
* Draft and review legal documents related to private client work.
* Handle the administration of estates and trusts.
* Advise clients on estate planning and inheritance tax issues.
* Potentially handle Court of Protection matters if experienced.
* Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client care.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with around 3 years of PQE in private client law.
* Ability to manage a caseload independently without supervision.
* Strong knowledge of wills, LPAs, and probate processes.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Experience with Court of Protection matters is desirable.
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
