PA within Estate Office - Herefordshire
Working for this vibrant family we are looking for a PA who has a love of all things countryside to assist with the running of their estate which comprises a working farm, along with Private PA duties. Based in the Estate Office, this PA role is ideal role for someone who enjoys a diverse range of PA responsibilities. You will not need to have worked in a rural setting before, but an interest would be a benefit!
Main elements of this PA role will include the following:-

* Extensive Diary Management for the Principles Travel and Logistics Planning Overseeing and managing all household utility providers Administration of bills Creating and maintaining filing systems, paper and digital Diary management Regular property checks Administrative support to Principles Administrative support to employees Farm business administration Basic accountancy, including account reconciliation (understanding of Zero beneficial Overseeing or assisting with contractors / site works Organising or overseeing Estate events Research projects Undertaking all other usual PA duties relating to the house and estate
You will need to be a car driver as the estate is based in a remote location with no public transport links.
