Job Description Customer Service Administrator Overview Are you a professional with a knack for organisation, a pleasant telephone manner, and a solid grasp of office operations? We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Office Administrator to join a dynamic office team. This role offers a variety of responsibilities, ensuring no two days are the same. Benefits Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience Full-Time, Permanent Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour break) Holidays- 20 days Bank Holidays Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and suppliers. Receiving and processing orders via phone, email, and other channels. Entering orders into the system and creating delivery documents. Converting orders to invoices and tracking deliveries with transport companies. Liaising with customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Preparing and managing export/import documentation. Coordinating with customers and suppliers to ensure compliance and efficiency. Updating and maintaining customer and supplier price lists. Sending monthly account statements. Qualifications Proven general office experience. A professional and pleasant telephone manner. Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft 365 applications. Familiarity with Sage 200 Accounts (preferred but not essential). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
