Project Manager - Customer Experience
Duration: 6-months (possible extensions)
Location: Gaydon (hybrid)
Day rate: circa £250 (inside ir35)
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of the CEX Unity programme-a key initiative bringing together multiple CEX workstreams into a single, aligned operating model. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where you'll help drive momentum, manage complexity, and ensure delivery stays on track.
What you'll be doing
Supporting the end-to-end delivery plan for CEX Unity, ensuring milestones and interdependencies are clearly managed.
Coordinating activity across Business Analysts, Change Analysts, Organisation Design, People Partners and CEX project leads.
Facilitating cross-functional collaboration across CEX teams and with Regional, Market and wider Commercial/Enterprise stakeholders.
Tracking and managing risks, issues and dependencies, escalating proactively where required.
Supporting the setup and running of programme governance and cadence meetings.
Creating and maintaining project artefacts including project plans, RAID logs, dashboards and project charters.
Supporting planning and preparation for phased implementations, transitions and go-lives, ensuring alignment across the programme.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven project management experience within transformation or system integration programmes.
Strong delivery mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with organisation design, change management and CEX-related initiatives.
Proficiency in project delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Confident workshop facilitation and cross-functional coordination skills.
Desirable Attributes
Calm under pressure with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
Experience in automotive, digital or customer experience environments is a plus.
