You'll be out and about representing Virgin Media O2, working hands‑on to maintain and improve our award‑winning network while enjoying flexibility beyond the office.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and improve the network to ensure seamless connectivity for customers.
* Diagnose and resolve network issues to provide the best possible service.
* Work outdoors, including on ladders and in varied weather, to service the overhead network.
* Collaborate with a supportive team, contributing to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
* Attend training and keep current with diagnostic tools and network technologies.
Qualifications
* Customer‑Focused Mindset – Passion for delivering great service with care and professionalism.
* Positive & Proactive Attitude – A team player with a can‑do approach.
* Basic IT Skills – Familiarity with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Comfort with Heights – Some work may require ladder use; full training will be provided.
* Full UK Driving Licence – Required; if not possessed, must be obtained before the end of probation.
* Strong Communication Skills – Ability to engage with customers and collaborate with colleagues.
