We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced People Advisor to join our friendly and busy team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting colleagues across the whole organisation from trading and clinical teams to non‑clinical areas by providing expert guidance and practical solutions on all people matters.
You’ll work closely with Managers on a variety of topics, including absence management, grievances, and disciplinary processes, while also leading recruitment for our trading and non‑clinical areas. You’ll work with the Education team to deliver engaging inductions to ensure new colleagues feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success from day one. In addition, you’ll deliver training and provide coaching to managers to develop their management skills.
You’ll also take the lead on wellbeing initiatives, helping us to create a positive, supportive workplace where colleagues can thrive. Alongside this, you’ll support managers with volunteer policy development and initiatives to keep our volunteers engaged and valued.

To apply, you will be CIPD qualified (Level 5) with previous experience providing HR support and guidance on a wide range of topics. You will need to be flexible and able to work to deadlines in a busy environment, often with changing priorities. This role is part‑time, 30 hours per week, is office based (some home working) and is £42,000 pro rata.
Successful applicants will be required to undertake a basic level DBS check.
