As a Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of fit out projects from concept topletion, making a real impact on delivery and client satisfaction.
1. Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards
2. Act as the key client interface, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout
3. Develop and manage detailed project programmes using tools like Microsoft Project
4. Oversee site activity, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
5. Drive high standards in quality control and snagging, ensuring smooth handovers
6. Champion health & safety, ensuring fullpliance across all sites
7. Partner withmercial teams to manage project financials, variations, and contract requirements
8. Inspire and manage project teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and high performance
What you'll need to succeed
9. Proven experience as a Project Manager within fit out or construction
10. Strong track record of delivering projects successfully from start to finish
11. Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
12. Confident in managing multiple teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
13. Highly organised with strong planning and problem-solving ability
14. Experience using project management tools ( Microsoft Project)
15. Solid understanding of health & safety and construction contracts
16. Flexibility to travel nationwide and occasionally work outside standard hours
17. Ability to obtain security clearance where required
