Constructive Moves are sourcing applicants for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for an established housing developer that specialises in delivering prime residential new builds and luxury refurbishments across the Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Berkshire regions.
You will be joining a high-end brand and manage the commercial delivery of ultra-high-end residential projects across the Home Counties region.
This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to advance their career within the exclusive world of prime residential construction, managing stunning bespoke homes and working closely with private clients and design teams.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Oversee the full commercial lifecycle of prime residential projects valued up to £5 million.
* Produce and manage detailed cost plans, budgets, and forecasts for high-spec finishes and bespoke builds.
* Manage procurement of specialist subcontractors and negotiate high-value packages
* Assess and agree valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Provide accurate financial reporting and ensure cost control throughout the project
* Drive value engineering initiatives without compromising quality
* Ensure compliance with contract terms, particularly bespoke agreements common in the prime/super-prime sector.
This role would suit a commercial professional with experience in the prime or super-prime residential market and understanding the unique requirements and high standards of luxury residential construction.
