Vehicle Technician - South Gloucestershire

Salary: Up to £45,000 pending experience/current earnings.

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch break. No weekends required.

Our client, a highly regarded independent German vehicle specialist in South Gloucester (Dursley) is expanding their friendly, professional team and is on the lookout for a Vehicle Technician to join their workshop.

Working closely with the Workshop Manager and a supportive team, you’ll be hand on with a wide variety of vehicle, carrying out:

Fault diagnosis and problem-solving

Servicing, maintenance, and repairs

High-quality workmanship to exacting standards

Accurate completion of job cards and documentation

You’ll also be working with industry-leading diagnostic systems including ISTA+, VCDS, Autel, WOW!, ODIS, ICOM, Xentry, and Maverick Diagnostics, giving you the tools to do your job right.

This is a workshop that takes pride in quality, safety, and attention to detail and they’re looking for someone who shares those values.

Do you need to be a qualified Vehicle Technician? Not necessarily, if you’ve got strong hands-on experience and solid diagnostic skills, our client would like to hear from you.

Formal qualifications (IMI/NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair) are a bonus, not essential

Time-served technicians with proven ability are equally valued

Experience with German vehicles would be a big advantage but again, not a dealbreaker.
