Location: Glasgow, Newbury, London + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
What you’ll do
* Create clear, simple, and user-focused content across web and app journeys.
* Turn business requirements and UX ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand copy.
* Regularly edit and refine content to keep it accurate, consistent, and on-brand.
* Work closely with UX, UI, Product, Legal, and Engineering to deliver high-quality experiences.
* Develop different content variations to support testing, optimisation, and personalisation.
* Follow content standards, tone of voice, and accessibility best practices.
* Take part in design critiques, peer reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
* Keep content documentation up to date, including reusable patterns and components.
* Support end-to-end content delivery for new features, updates, and releases.
* Use data, research, and insights to improve content performance and customer outcomes.
Who you are
* Solid experience in digital copywriting, content design, or UX writing.
* Good understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and responsive design.
* Able to take complex information and make it simple and clear for a wide audience.
* Comfortable working as part of cross-functional digital teams.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards (like WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
* Familiar with CMS platforms and design tools such as Figma.
* Experience using research, analytics, or A/B testing to improve and iterate content.
* Ideally has a background in telecoms, digital services, or other customer-focused industries.
