The RoleAs an Employment Solicitor, you’ll manage a diverse and engaging caseload across both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including:
* Employment tribunal claims and litigation
* Advising on employment contracts and policies
* Settlement agreements and exit strategies
* Disciplinary, grievance, and redundancy processes
* Discrimination and unfair dismissal matters
You’ll work closely with a varied client base, delivering commercial, pragmatic, and tailored legal advice, while building strong, long-term relationships.
