·Lead a mixed social housing portfolio, delivering our operational plan and strategy.
·Drive financial and operational performance to hit key targets.
·Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You have
·A commitment and passion for the difference social housing makes to people’s lives and communities
·Strong established leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams.
·Strong knowledge of social housing sector and housing regulations
·A sharp commercial eye and experience managing Profit and Loss accounts, driving value for money.
·Ability to build stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across teams.

The practical bits
·You’ll work Monday to Friday
·Working a 7.5 hour day between 08:00 and 18:00
·We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle office, the rest working in the wider patch or from home
·You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage.
·You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check that we pay for.
