Responsibilities Teach Art to students, delivering engaging and innovative lessons in line with the curriculum Inspire and motivate students to develop their artistic skills and appreciation for art Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes creativity and self-expression Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support as required Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement cross-curricular projects and initiatives Manage the art classroom and resources, ensuring a safe and orderly learning environment Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding students' progress and achievements Requirements Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent in Art Education Demonstrated experience teaching Art in a primary or secondary school setting Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements Passionate about art education and able to inspire students to explore their creativity Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents Organized and proactive, with the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons effectively Commitment to continuous professional development, staying informed about the latest developments in art education.
