Job Title: Project Manager
We are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join our team based in either our Warrington or Westlakes office. You will be delivering projects as part of one of our existing Joint Ventures for our key client. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects, influence the growth and development of the project management team, and progress in their career.
You will be responsible for the bidding and delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards throughout their lifecycle, from tender to closeout.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality project and programme management standards.
* Advise clients on project cost, programme, risks, and issues.
* Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary professional team.
* Manage communications and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Produce monthly reports including project programmes and risk registers.
* Implement effective communication tools.
* Influence internal teams positively and seek to add value.
* Manage key client relationships.
* Assist in generating repeat business and developing new opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree qualified (degree or HNC in a relevant Engineering Discipline preferred).
* Significant experience in Project Management roles on large-scale multidisciplinary projects.
* Ability to work constructively with clients to protect and meet Atkins' commercial objectives.
* Experience working in the nuclear industry.
* Experience managing a project portfolio.
* Good understanding of design procedures, change control, and review requirements.
* Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams.
