The Role
Reporting to the Head of Transactional Services, the Credit Administrator supports the credit control team by completing administration tasks such as allocating cash, raising credit notes/invoices, managing mailboxes, and reconciling bank statements.
Responsibilities
1. Allocate customer receipts accurately according to remittance advice.
2. Follow up on receipts without remittance to prevent unallocated cash.
3. Support credit control sending copy invoices.
4. Maintain unallocated cash below targeted levels.
5. Raise credit notes/invoices as per process and manage related mailboxes.
6. Collaborate with the credit control team to ensure timely administration tasks.
7. Reconcile bank statements with receipts in Sage 200.
The Ideal Candidate
An organized, methodical individual with over 12 months in a similar role. Knowledge of Sage 200 is essential, as transactions are primarily processed in this system. A positive attitude and customer service focus are required.

* At least 2 years in sales ledger
