The Registered Manager will take the lead at a residential service for seven adults with autism and learning disabilities. Located in a peaceful area with scenic views of the Somerset countryside, the service focuses on personalised care using evidence-based approaches to help residents live healthy, fulfilling lives.
Youll be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the service, ensuring a high standard of care and regulatory compliance. Youll lead and develop a team of dedicated staff, promoting a culture of dignity, independence, and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
