About the Person:
•Strong experience in a sales or client engagement role – financial or property background helpful but not essential
•Enthusiastic and confident communicator
•Goal-oriented, target-driven, and self-motivated
•Organised, professional, and comfortable handling investor queries
•Thrives on taking ownership and responsibility
•Can perform under pressure and consistently deliver results
You Will Be Responsible For:
•Advising clients on Kuflink’s secured lending investment opportunities (non-advised basis)
•Supporting new and existing investors through the full investment journey
•Managing a growing portfolio of investor relationships
•Responding to inbound investor enquiries and guiding them through platform onboarding
•Building rapport, maintaining trust, and ensuring high retention and satisfaction
•Following up on leads and promoting new opportunities available on the platform
