The Role As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will: Work closely with teachers to provide one-to-one and small-group support. Assist students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties. Help create an engaging and positive learning environment. Support classroom management and help promote students' independence and confidence. Contribute to students' academic and personal development.
