Consulting Programme / Solutions Director: Key Deals – Energy Transition & Utilities
Join Capgemini Invent as a senior leader to drive major advisory, consulting and transformation services across the Energy Transition & Utilities sector. The role focuses on pursuing and delivering high‑impact programmes for clients in energy networks, retail, central markets, water and nuclear.
Your Role
You will lead client engagements, shape and win new opportunities, and deliver digital‑enabled transformation programmes. Responsibilities include:
* Leading business development activities: proposals, RFPs, client pitches and events.
* Managing programme delivery: driving on‑time, on‑budget outcomes for large complex programmes.
* Contributing to internal thought leadership: whitepapers, practice development and process improvement.
* Building strong client relationships as a trusted advisor and representing Capgemini values.
* Driving growth of the Energy Transition & Utilities practice and mentoring colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape and win new opportunities, defining programme structure, resourcing and commercial model.
* Design & deliver digital‑enabled transformation programmes.
* Lead and manage teams focused on client value delivery.
* Contribute to cross‑functional propositions and global collaborations.
* Represent Capgemini globally to achieve successful client outcomes.
* Build end‑to‑end client relationships and trust.
Your Profile
* Strong sector knowledge and energy & utilities experience.
* Proven track record managing large digital‑transformation programmes.
* Experience in consulting and client‑facing delivery at senior level.
* Ability to build and lead diverse programmes and teams.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative client solution orientation.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
