Our client, a dynamic and expanding construction company dedicated to carbon reduction, M&E, and social housing projects, is seeking to appoint a Permanent Group Finance Manager based in London. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will work closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making and ensure financial compliance across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance within the construction sector, demonstrating familiarity with industry-specific financial processes and compliance standards. Your expertise will be crucial in managing financial risks, analysing project profitability, and driving financial efficiency within a rapidly growing organisation.
Proven experience in a senior financial management role within the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction financial processes, including project profit and loss assessments
Excellent financial reporting and budgeting skills
Experience with financial compliance and risk management in construction projects
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualified preferred
