Senior Delivery Manager – Thames Water Mogden STW
Company: Kier – Location: Twickenham, London. Hours: 45 hours per week, with flexible working available.
* Provide visible leadership across construction and engineering activities at Mogden Sewage Treatment Works.
* Oversee multiple workstreams in a complex operational environment, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and without compromising treatment operations or environmental compliance.
* Lead multiple workstreams including civil, mechanical, electrical, and process upgrades within a live treatment environment.
* Ensure projects are delivered to programme, cost, quality, and performance targets.
* Champion a zero‑harm culture and manage high‑risk activities robustly.
* Build trusted relationships with the client, site operations teams, and alliance partners.
* Lead and develop a multi‑disciplinary management team.
Qualifications and Experience
* Extensive senior management experience within wastewater, utilities, or complex infrastructure construction.
* Proven track record of delivering works in live operational environments.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and positive site culture.
* Experience working under NEC contracts and regulated client frameworks.
* Collaborative, trusted, and focused on continuous improvement.
* Transferrable skills valued; not all boxes need to be ticked.
