Are you ready to take the lead in launching a brand new nursery? We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the setup and daily operations of our new setting. This is a unique opportunity to shape a nursery from the ground up, with full support from our experienced head office team and senior staff.
About the Role
As Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for children. You'll lead the recruitment and development of your team, implement high-quality educational programmes, and ensure the nursery meets all regulatory standards from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the nursery team, providing guidance, support, and training.
* Collaborate with head office and senior staff to set up the nursery environment, systems, and routines.
* Develop and deliver educational programmes aligned with the EYFS framework.
* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and all regulatory requirements.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.
* Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate development records.
* Organise engaging activities that support holistic child development.
* Manage administrative tasks including budgeting, staffing schedules, and reporting.
* Promote clear communication within the team and with parents.
What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership and management experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
* Strong understanding of early childhood education and EYFS principles.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Driving licence preferred for off-site activities and events.
* A genuine passion for creating enriching experiences for young learners.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
