Kingdom Services Group are a key partner to Morrisons Supermarkets, and we have a great opportunity for a Enhanced Security Officer to join our team. Covering stores across East of Scotland from Edinburgh to Inverness. Can be requested to support outside of this base region to support the client.
Hours: On average 50 hours per week, various days / shifts as per site rotas. Monday - Sunday, between 06.00 - 22.00. Every other weekend Off.
Salary: £34,632.00 per annum.

About The Role
* Supporting with the training and development of new officers and the existing teams.
* First point of contact for Kingdom Security Officers in the area.
* Working closely with the local police and crime hubs gathering intel on prolific shoplifters in the area.
* Targeting top incident/shrink locations on the area.
* Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
* Reducing shrink/stock loss.
* Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
* Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements.
* Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.
* Supporting the Contract Manager in their role.
About You
* A valid DS SIA Licence.
* Full UK Manual Clean Driving License.
* Have the ability to manage conflict in a balanced and professional manner.
* Knowledge and experience of A.S.C.O.N.E & PACE.
* A full five-year checkable employment history.
