Day to Day You'll Be: Developing and leading Operational Resilience & Business Continuity (OR&BC) across the UK business, providing clear strategic direction. Driving forward the Operational Resilience change agenda working closely with key partners across the business to deliver improvements, reduce operational risk and ensure compliance with the regulatory expectations and policies regarding Operational Resilience.
