Live In Care Manager at Unique Senior Care
Unique Senior Care is seeking a talented, highly-driven Live In Care Manager to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to support the growth of our Live In Care service. We are highly established and successful, currently holding an Outstanding Rating with CQC. Reporting directly to the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Live In Care services and manage a portfolio of clients within the West Midlands, ensuring compliance with the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety and adhering to relevant regulations.
Unique Senior Care provides outstanding home care services, primarily supporting the elderly. We offer bespoke packages of personalized companionship and care to help clients maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all client calls are covered by staff and that scheduling is completed in advance.
2. Maintain compliance with Unique Senior Care Policies and Procedures.
3. Ensure 24-hour availability via an on-call rota.
4. Manage all care processes from initial enquiry, maintaining standards.
5. Work to KPIs and submit reports timely.
6. Participate in staff recruitment and training.
7. Supervise and appraise all Live In Caregivers.
8. Manage capacity and liaise with the recruitment department.
9. Ensure Caregivers receive adequate support and training.
10. Implement strategies to improve staff retention.
11. Conduct care consultations.
