Looking for a Shift Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance company based in Leeds on an exciting contract within the public sector. As the Shift Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator, you're responsible for the planning and dispatching of Reactive & Planned works.
* Handling inbound and outbound calls
* Logging jobs and allocating work to engineers
* Dealing with Invoices/ Raising purchase orders working towards SLA's
* Prioritizing urgent jobs Preparing and submitting quotations and distributing reports.
* Compiling and sending out technician reports via email/PDA.
* Provide great customer service to internal and external clients.
* Prioritising work as appropriate and efficiently Generic administration duties
A level of clearance would be needed due to the nature of the contract.
