About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and influential finance leader to drive strong financial control, deliver high-quality management information, and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. You'll play a key role in forecasting, cashflow management, and ensuring compliance with IFRS 15, while working closely with stakeholders at all levels to turn financial insight into action.

Key Responsibilities
* Implement and enforce appropriate financial disciplines and controls
* Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and ad-hoc financial reports
* Support the business in providing accurate and timely management information
* Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to all key stakeholders; and respond to changes in the business
* Proactively work with the business to compile and manage cashflow, and identify and manage risk
* Revenue Recognition IFRS15
* Present and operate at all levels both internally and externally
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards
* To speak finance to non-finance managers
* To champion finance processes and compliance to accounting practices, challenging behaviours and embedding best practice throughout the wider business
* Monitor and ensure the validity of the information available
Qualifications Required
* CIMA/ACCA/ACA
* Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
* May consider a QBE accountant
