Mid-Level Banking / Fund Finance Lawyer (3–5 PQE)
A leading international law firm is seeking a 3–5 PQE banking lawyer to join its well-established fund finance and general banking practice in London.
The role offers exposure to a broad mix of fund finance and leveraged finance work, including:
* NAV / NEV facilities
* Subscription line and hybrid facilities
* General banking and leveraged finance transactions
* Acting for banks, alternative lenders, sponsors and funds across a range of asset classes
This opportunity would suit a lawyer with solid general banking experience, whether or not their background is exclusively in fund finance. The team is open-minded on background and encourages applications from lawyers looking to develop deeper fund finance expertise alongside wider banking work.
Key requirements:
* 3–5 years’ PQE in banking, finance or leveraged finance
* Experience with fund finance, subscription lines or NAV facilities preferred but not essential
* Strong drafting skills and the ability to run matters with appropriate supervision
* England & Wales qualification (or equivalent common law qualification)
