Responsibilities of this role:
* Promote the safety and wellbeing of children and young people across services.
* Respond to safeguarding concerns and ensure timely, appropriate action is taken.
* Undertake risk assessments and contribute to safeguarding plans.
* Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate safeguarding responses.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with safeguarding policies and legislation.
* Provide advice, guidance, and support to staff on safeguarding procedures and best practice.
* Attend and contribute to strategy meetings, case reviews, and multi-agency forums.
* Support continuous improvement in safeguarding practice through training and development.
Requirements of this role:
* Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
