What you’ll do on a typical day:
Build and manage daily transport schedules across multiple sites, ensuring cost-efficiency and service targets are met.
* Coordinate with depots and hauliers to plan and execute backhaul and ad-hoc transport movements.
* Monitor and report on haulier performance, investigating service failures and identifying root causes.
* Compile and validate financial data, raise purchase orders, and support timely payment processes.
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
