Experienced Personal Assistantrequired for accountancy practice based in the Epsom area. For thisrole youll have experience working as a personal assistant / officemanagement ideally within an accountancy practice but law firms andsimilar businesses consideredtoo.
Responsibilitiestoinclude:
* OrganisePartners diary and makeappointments.
* Act asthe point of contact between the Partner and their clients and thewider team.
* Screen telephone callsand handle enquiries.
* Provideadministrative support such as drafting letters and emails.Updating spreadsheets filing paperwork and proof reading andquality control checks.
* Organise andmaintain office systems.
* Workcollaboratively and flexibly with the wider internal support teamto maintain phone and receptioncover.
* Preparing engagement letterschasing ID s etc.
* Maintainingcontrol spreadsheets.
* CompanySecretarial adminbasedtasks.
* Communication with HMRC asrequired.
* Assist with other generaloffice duties asrequired.
Requirements
Tobe successful with your application it isessential that you are with apersonal assistant / executive assistant / office manager carryingout the duties from above. Experience within an accountancypractice is desirable but other businesses such as law firms arealsoconsidered.

* Discretionand confidentiality maintained at alltimes.
* Must be prepared towork from the officefulltime
