An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered nurse with a first-level adult nursing degree to join our team as a community band 5 staff nurse.
Applicants should have significant nursing experience, demonstrate leadership and communication skills, and show evidence of ongoing professional development. They must be passionate about community services and motivated to work autonomously within a dynamic environment as part of the wider HSCP. As a community staff nurse, you will work within the Primary Health Care team and, under the supervision of the District Nurse, assess and implement care plans for individuals in a community setting. A current, clean driving license is required.
The shift pattern for this role includes 5 days over 7, including weekends, public holidays, and back shifts. A trial of a condensed working week is available, which interested candidates can opt into.
You must hold a valid NMC UK pin to be considered for this position.
